You'll lead creator strategy across our largest accounts. That means deep category research, casting decisions across our 312-strong network, brief design that produces consistent output, and the relationship work that keeps top creators on roster. You're equally comfortable in a Looker dashboard and a creator DM.

  • ·4+ years in creator marketing, talent management, or influencer ops
  • ·A real network. You can name 20 creators in two categories without thinking
  • ·Comfortable owning a number (we measure creator retention, GMV/creator, and time-to-first-content)

Hiring lead: S. Margaux

Live is one of four capabilities at KAMP, and it's the one with the highest stakes per minute. You'll produce shows end-to-end. Rundown, host prep, offer mechanics, real-time merch decisions, post-show analysis. Think TV news producer meets ecomm operator.

  • ·Calm in a control room when the host goes off-script and stock just dipped under 100
  • ·Strong instincts on offer mechanics and pricing dynamics
  • ·Bonus: experience with TikTok Shop Live, QVC/HSN, or live auctions

Hiring lead: T. Okafor

You'll own the unsexy work that makes everything else possible: catalog hygiene, listing optimization, SEO, bundles, coupons, SLA compliance, returns flow, and the 3PL handoff. You'll know each of your shops' P&L cold and you'll fight for the half-percent margin gains nobody else notices.

  • ·3+ years in marketplace ops, ecomm ops, or retail merchandising
  • ·Native fluency with TikTok Shop Seller Center (or similar, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify ops at scale)
  • ·Spreadsheet operator. SQL is a plus, not a requirement
  • ·You think compliance and SLAs are interesting, not annoying

You'll set the creative thesis for 3–4 brand accounts and direct the daily creative output that powers them. 40+ pieces per month per brand. Your job isn't to make the videos; your job is to know which videos to make, why, and what to test next.

You'll be the analyst that account leads borrow when they need to defend a number. GMV models, contribution-margin analysis, incrementality vs. paid social baselines, MMM-ready feeds, weekly readouts that reconcile to client P&Ls. Your work shows up in CFO-level conversations.

  • ·2+ years in growth/marketing analytics, ideally agency or DTC
  • ·Strong SQL. Comfortable building models in Python or in a warehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery)

We maintain a roster of professional hosts who anchor live shows for enterprise clients. This isn't influencer work. It's hosting. 60–180 minute shows, professional production, scripted-but-improv'd, with offer mechanics built into the rundown.
